If I had a daughter:

Assigned for tomorrow: What wisdom would you pass on to your daughter/son?  If you would prefer, use this: What wisdom do you wish your parents would have passed on to you?  If this still doesn't strike a chord, use an uncle, aunt, or grandparent.
